Loaded Smothered Beef Burritos
  • 2 lbs White Rock Farm ground beef
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Flour tortillas
  • Shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole for serving
  1. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. Stir in spices and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Warm tortillas and fill with beef mixture.
  5. Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
