Loaded Smothered Beef Burritos
Hearty, smothered, and built on slow-cooked White Rock chuck — comfort food the whole table fights over.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs White Rock Farm ground beef
- 1 large onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Flour tortillas
- Shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa, guacamole for serving
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
- Stir in spices and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Warm tortillas and fill with beef mixture.
- Top with cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole.
