The White Rock Burger
When the beef is this good, you don't need much else. Our go-to burger method — simple, perfect every time.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs White Rock Farm ground beef (80/20 blend)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 brioche buns
- Lettuce, tomato, onion for topping
- Your favorite condiments
Instructions
- Gently form beef into 4 patties, about ¾ inch thick.
- Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
- Grill over high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium.
- Toast buns on the grill for 1 minute.
- Assemble burgers with toppings and serve immediately.
