The White Rock Burger
  • 1.5 lbs White Rock Farm ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 brioche buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, onion for topping
  • Your favorite condiments
  1. Gently form beef into 4 patties, about ¾ inch thick.
  2. Season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill over high heat for 4 minutes per side for medium.
  4. Toast buns on the grill for 1 minute.
  5. Assemble burgers with toppings and serve immediately.
